How do I delete my linked social data?​

To delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Account Center and login with the social account you wish to erase data.
  2. Once signed in Account Center , look for Login and connect
  3. You should see the social account listed in GG social login
  4. Click "Disconnect" to erase the connection between the social and your account.

Note: if your account only has 1 social link and the GG account is not yet verified, you cannot erase the connection as it's the only way for you to access your account.

How do I verify my account?​

If your account is created by social sign in, you should verify the account to enhance security by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Account Center and sign in with any social account you've bound your account with.
  2. On the main page of Account Center, verify the account using "Phone" or "Email".
    1. You must have access to either the email/phone provided to receive the OTP code.
    2. Follow the steps to continue verifying your account.
  3. Once verified, your account info should list the "Phone/Email".

How do I make sure my data is deleted permanently?​

When you delete (disconnect) your social account, the (social) data is deleted immediately. Should you try to sign in using the disconnected social, you will be prompt to consent sharing social data to our app.

What happens to my social data if I uninstall the app?​

Uninstalling the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or data from the app's servers. If you want to delete your data, please follow the steps outlined above.
